Description

Cheap place to lay your head in East Ridge Chattanooga. This two bedroom one bath apartment has space to sleep 4 comfortably. You have access to a full kitchen, dining space, living room, and balcony. This space is located in an apartment complex and provides free parking and free wifi. The apartment is one mile to I-24 and 3 minutes away from great BBQ!

Note: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID to pass through our verification portal. Depending on the results of our guest screening tool, we will require some guests to provide us with their credit card information primarily intended for additional verification. Some guests may be required a security deposit (excludes Airbnb guests).

2 pets are allowed in the property but we charge a nonrefundable pet cleaning fee of $100 per stay. My team is available daily between 7 AM to 8 PM CT to address your questions and concerns. For any food deliveries Uber Eats, DoorDash, GrubHub, Postmates, Dinner Delivered will deliver them all to you. Normal sleeping capacity is 4 but we allow up to a maximum of 5 guests per reservation. We charge an Additional Guest Fee of $15 per person per night for the 5th guest. Guests over 2 years old need to be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $25 per person per night. Standard check-in time is at 3 PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability. Check-ins before 11 AM will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate. Standard check-out time is at 11 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability. Check-outs after 3 PM will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
