Description
The idyllic hamlet of „Doccione di Sotto” which consists of three former farm houses, is located in a quite remote are at 850 m s.l., at the end of the Vallesanta valley. The property is situated on the border of the Casentino National Park in the midst of woods and fields.
The guesthouse "Capanna" provides space for 5 persons. It consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (with shower and partly with bidet) and a large well equipped kitchen with fireplace insert, fridge, dishwasher and big stove with baking oven, washing machine. Lovely open terrace in front of the house, under a big old oak tree with view to the valley.
It's perfect for a group of friends or family who want to enjoy nature, go hiking, walking or mountainbiking or just like to bathe in the sun on the large lawn or at the pool.
Within the summer months there are many regional cultural events like food specialities, open air cinema, concerts, theatre, expositions, circus.
