Il Residence Mareblù è una piccola residenza alberghiera gestita direttamente dai proprietari che abitano sul posto. Immersa nel verde della pineta è a soli 500 m. dalla spiaggia e 350 m. dal centro del paese di Principina a Mare. Mare, relax, ma anche passeggiate a piedi o in bicicletta, cavallo, tennis, windsurf sono le attività predilette da chi passa le sue vacanze a Principina a Mare.
Il residence offre ai propri ospiti una terrazza solarium panoramica per i momenti di relax, una piccola Spa con idromassaggio e percorso emozionale, bar e sala soggiorno con biblioteca e giochi da tavolo per divertirsi in compagnia, parco giochi e zona giochi bimbi, giardino e veranda coperta.
