A quiet holiday in a residence in the Green Tuscan countryside, 2 km from the sea and the protected natural park of Rimigliano, on the Etruscan coast.

Some apartments of residence Ghiacci Vecchi ', originate from the restoration of an old farm houses of the Maremma, others were built inside the large garden (80,000 m2), which also houses two swimming pools, games and sports and recreational facilities for children and adults.

Farmhouses, apartments of the "older" originate from accurate restoration of a Maremma farm; the buildings have been completely renovated to create modern and comfortable apartments, using traditional materials of Tuscan farmhouses, such as beams and frames in wood and terracotta floors.

Terraced apartments "newer" (BC and CT Types of price) were made within the garden using the typology of terraced houses; even in this case it is made use of materials such as wood and terracotta. Modern and functional, with spacious terraces, partly covered, equipped with tables and chairs.

How do damage deposits work?
