Description

This apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 persons. There are two bedrooms; 1 king size double en suite with TV, one twin/double (can be configured either way at guest request), Double sofa bed in livingroom, 2nd bathroom. Bedrooms are peaceful and quiet at night. Open plan kitchen/dining/livingroom with 3 windows looking directly onto Royal Mile/Lawnmarket. All windows in the property are double glazed. Bathrooms have under floor heating. There is gas central heating. Free wifi. The property retains great period features; old stone fireplaces, exposed ancient stone walls; and yet provides all modern conveniences and striking decoration.

Publc transport is just a few metres away from the apartment and taxis are readily available at the taxi rank some 50 metres away. Uber is also available in the city. Hop on hop off buses are within 1 minute walk.

Check in is either by personal meeting upon arrival or by collection of keys from a lock box outside the apartment. If it is arranged to collect the keys form the lockbox an access code will be provided. I am on hand to offer you advice or to solve problems

Response from the owner Burkhard was a pleasure to host in my apartment. We did not meet personally at check in but contact and messaging was excellent prior to arrival and during stay. “Excellent flat.”

We were really pleased with the flat. We had flat number one, fifteen James Court. It was very clean and homely. And if we come to Edinburgh again we wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.
