Amadryas villa has its own unique décor style, with contemporary spacious rooms and luxurious furnishing and fittings. It is definitely the best choice for a family or a group of friends looking for a unique, relaxing holiday!
Comfortable and cozy, the villa which is open all year round, is surrounded with olive groves - an ideal place for relaxation. Furthermore, it is only 1400 meters from the sandy beach Kalathas.
The main living area, has a unique, 6.5 meter-high beamed ceiling, that continues and extends to either side to beautiful outdoor terraces, beautifully furnished and shaded by olive trees and dotted with flower beds.

Response from the manager Thank you for your review for villa Dimi (although you have not booked the villa via our agency). Knowing very well the villa and owners, as well as all the top quality villas in our area, I feel that I owe you a response: Staying in any villa in the Akrotiri, with its fantastic, clear water and lovely sandy beaches, it is inevitable that at times (not every day or every month, but only when scheduled exercises are on) the fighter jets fly ...due to their fast speed, you can just hear tehm for seconds, but please, bear in mind that you can also her them from Chania town! I am sorry to read you had bug intruders, as the villa is properly disinfected by professional company, every three months as necessary! It can happen in occasions, that sudden high temperature affects their population...and this can happen at any home which is in the countryside, but in any case, it is nice to read that immediate action was taken! We certainly hope that none of these will prevent you of coming back to beautiful Chania!
