Panoramic villa in the heart of Chianti, between Siena, Arezzo and Florence, in one of the most fascinating and full of history in Tuscany. An intimate and welcoming environment where you can relax by the pool, walking in the woods and have lunch in the beautiful garden. Ideal for families with children and groups of friends. The villa can accommodate 10 persons: 5 bedrooms (2 double, 3 twins) and 4 bathrooms (3 with shower and 1 with shower and bathtub). On request we can add 2 extra beds. There are washing machines, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, microwave, large swimming pool with gazebo and deck sharedencarta with my other villa. On request you can enjoy the local cuisine with our very good chef or you can participate in cooking classes and the traditional barbecues. The Cooking Class at the villa is the best opportunity for discovering the secrets and the tastes and the aromas of the typical cuisine of Tuscany and the Chianti region. Accommodation: GROUND FLOOR: Entrance, living room, satellite Tv, kitchen, breakfast room with exit to the garden, bathroom (toilet, washbasin, shower, bidet), Bedroom 1: Two twin beds. Wonderful villa strategically located to explore the Chianti Area and the main cities and sites in Tuscany. Train station 5 km Highway A1 (Valdarno) 13 km. Restaurants: 1kmTennis 1 kmBar 1 kmPharmacy 1 kmPetrol 1 kmPrada 1 kmBakery station factory 7 km (with 50% discount) Many opportunities for excursions: Siena 35 km, Arezzo 25 km, Florence 55 km away, Gaiole in Chianti 26 km. The villas is very easy to reach from the Highway A1. For shopping lovers, the area offers a wide selection of outlets with all the well-known Italian brands. Upon request the property owner will happily assist you in organizing the best tours of the area (cultural and tourism tours, wine tours, shopping tours, excursions ...). The rent the villa preferably exploit from Saturday to Saturday but if you wish to arrive on a different day (only in low and mid season) I will try to satisfy you. “Our beautiful Tuscany”
It was nice! It's a beautifull house! It was a great pleasure to be in your castle. The children found it a great adventure, in the big castle at night. They love the swimming pool. We had very good weather and we were happy. we have been to: Firenze ( by train), Pisa and the beach, the Chianti and the Castello of Brolio ( beautifull) , the village Monteriggioni, a view from Cennina. We had a very good dinner in Montebenichi in a nice restaurant ( english spoken). The big castle was great for us ( 10 persons). Everybody his our bath and bathrooms. thanks for using everything ( dishwasher....). We had a very good time. We like the birds, the butterfly.....

“Wonderful holiday in Tuscany”
We spent a week at the villa and enjoyed the beautiful area of Tuscany. When we came here the first expression were: the house is huge, its quite inside and that the garden and the swimming pool are lovely. During our stay here learned to enjoy of the size of the house and it's historical atmosphere. We also spent a lot of time in the beautiful garden and at the swimming pool. The weather has been mostly sun and quite warm too, from 20° - 25° . We a few showers and ever a small thunder storm during the first day but the end of the week was very beautiful. We have toured around Tuscany by car and visited some of most important cities. The ancient city of Siena, San Gimignano were unforgettable and not full of tourist yet. One day we also went to Firenze by train. We saw the river of Arno and the Duomo. Just a day was definitely too short to explore Firenze. A week is absolutely too short period to stay here and I'm sure that we will be many interesting places to visit here. Thanks, we have had a wonderful time in Tuscany.
