CAR IS NECESSARY WE ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF COUNTRYSIDE, SURROUNDED BY NATURE.
The beautiful apartment FIASCO (60square Mt) , FOR 4 PEOPLE :
FIRST FLOOR of the ancient farmhouse , is composed of : sitting/dining room with cooking area all furnished and fireplace, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower.
GROUND FLOOR EXTRA ROOM WITH PRIVATE BATHROOM FOR 2 PEOPLE ( SAME BUILDING)
On the ground floor of the house , indipendent but safe , there are two extra rooms with private bathroom :Botte: one room with twin beds, cupboard kitchen and bathroom with shower , or another Giara one room with a double bed, cupboard kitchen and bathroom with shower.
ALL APARTMENTS ARE INDIPENDENT SELF CATERING . WE CAN ORGANIZE BREAKFAST SERVICE DAILY.
AIRPORTS: IN FLORENCE AIRPORT OR IN ROME AIRPORT. PISA AIRPORT IS AT 2,5 HOURS OF CAR

Surrounded by vineyards growing grapes for the famous local wines, Vino Nobile di Montepulciano and Rosso di Montepulciano, the estate is peaceful and quiet. This fantastic location will make you relax and completely appreciate colors, perfumes and magical views in which you will think you are dreaming.
Around the house there is a sunny garden equipped with outdoor furniture and a 7 x 14 meter swimming pool.
From this location guest can easily reach many historical places, like Orvieto, Pienza, Arezzo, Siena, Florence , Rome.
