Description

THE HOUSE. Poggiosecco designates a topographic site on which a stone farmhouse dating back from the late 19th can be found. Surrounded by fields and olive groves, the farmhouse was restored and turned into a family guesthouse over thirty years ago. Featuring an extended fenced medow, the farmhouse is located at the center of an 8 acre property. The building is about 400 square meters on two floors. The ground floor consists of a laundry area, pantry, large kitchen with fireplace, a main entrance, a double living room with fireplaces and billiard room and a second sitting room with fireplace and bathroom. Bedrooms are located upstairs. The entrance to the upper floor, also served by an external staircase, ushers to one end of the corridor that overlooks a room with double bed facing a bathroom; isolated by a door, a full suite can be found consististing of a large double room, a room with double bed and a bathroom. On the other side of the hallway is instead a mini suite with double room and study hall with sofa bed. THE ANNEX. Adjoining the house is a detached cottage with a veranda, a room with a double bed, a bathroom and a small fully equipped kitchen.

Posto bellissimo e tenuto molto bene. Se si vuole si può mangiare li.. Il proprietario è un bravissimo chef! La sua compagna molto cordiale.. Assolutamente consigliato!
