Bigger, flexible and more relaxing than a hotel room, 2 bedroom apartment, all fully equipped for everything you need for a worry free experience.The apartment is equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi broadband, and an LCD TV.Furnishings and decor are contemporary, modern and stylish while the kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you will need, including washing machine, oven and hob, microwave and kettle.Please note the flat has 2 double beds but I can offer single foam fold out style beds for groups of 5 with a sleeping bag which can be used in the living room. For longer stays and relocations, it is usually possible to obtain rate reductions, depending upon the availability and the length of stay. We'll always do our best to offer you the lowest available rate possible.

“basic but very clean”

Response from the owner The flat is a standard size new build 2 bedroom flat. The bottle of shower gels and shampoo where supplied by myself and not left overs at all. I have checked the toilet door and it works fine so not sure what was wrong when you stayed. I hope you enjoyed Edinburgh.

“convenient and comfortable stay”
very nice apartment and very reasonable. there were lots of stag and hen parties staying in nearby flats but we never heard any noise nor were we disturbed by them. the beds were comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. free WiFi is a big bonus too. there were a couple of minor things about the flat that irritated my picky sensibility but nothing to complain about and nothing to spoil our stay. we would stay there again when visiting friends in Edinburgh.
