Description
The villa lies in the hills of southern Tuscany (with a beautiful panorama) around 3 Kms from Radicofani. It forms an ideal starting point for enjoying the peace of the surrounding hills and on the other hand making trips by car (the highway A1 Florence-Rome is 25 Kms far away) to sparkling towns like Siena, Montepulicano, Orvieto, Viterbo, Cortona, Florence, etc. The villa is especially suitable for 2/3 families who want to go on holiday together or for little groups until 10/12 person. It is composed of 2 buildings, the largest with kitchen, dining room, living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is also a large covered terrace equipped with table and chairs to eat outdoor. Nearby the terrace there is also a BBQ at disposition. The small building situated in front of the swimming pool is composed of 2 bedrooms (one with double sofa bed) and 2 bathrooms (one suitable for wheelchair user's). The position of the villa grants a lot of privacy to the tenant (no other houses nearby). There is air conditioning in all 5 the bedrooms, in the living room, dining area/kitchen (dining room & kitchen are connected, so one space...the AC split is in the dining area).
The property is completely fenced and has a large garden with a 12x6 meter pool, all for private use of the tenant. Restaurants, supermarket and some other shops are available in the little town of Radicofani (5 Kms from the villa). Nearest golf clubs: Golf Club Valdichiana (9 holes situated near Foiana della Chiana), Golf Club Lamborghini (9 holes situated near Panicale), Golf Club Antognolla (18 holes situated near Perugia), Circolo del Golf di Perugia (18 holes situated near Perugia).
