Description
The House is located in the medieval village of Castelnuovo Val di Cecina, a land of geysers and hot water, surrounded by green chestnut trees that can be seen from every window in the House.
The House is on three floors, the part that I intend to rent has two bedrooms, a large bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. Has a beautiful dining room and a beautiful living room with fireplace. On the ground floor there is the kitchen and the dining room, while upstairs are the bedrooms, bathrooms and large living room with fireplace and sofa bed.
Preserves the original architecture but has been completely restored.
Heating from October to may is with steam geysers.
The House is quiet, the machines does not circulate through the streets of the village but free parking close to leave the machines.
The House is one of the most beautiful of the village and the location is definitely the best.
Furnished in country style and vintage has original furniture, and is comfortable, cozy and beautiful even on rainy days.
The interior spaces are such as to allow to spend relaxed afternoons and evenings at the table.
The home also has outdoor spaces where you can eat, sunbathe, yoga, reading and enjoy a beautiful landscape.
Castelnuovo lies halfway between Volterra and Massa Marittima.
The sea, among the most beautiful of Tuscany, Baratti-Populonia and Parco di Rimigliano, Follonica, is easily accessible by roads shaded and without traffic.
In the nearby village of Sasso Pisano was a thermal swimming pool apertorecentemente, consisting of tubs with water and hydromassage area and a bio-Lake, where you can spend wonderful moments of relaxation and where those who do not want to go to the beach can bathe in hot water of which our Earth is rich.
Castelnuovo Val di Cecina is outside of mass tourism, but crossing streets just passing through you can easily reach art cities like Siena, Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano or the beautiful Tyrrhenian coast from Baratti of the wild Calaviolina.
Nearby is Sasso Pisano, characterized by fumaroles and putizze, geothermal phenomena. Here you can also Visit the thermal baths of Bagnone, a Hellenistic complex whose exhibits are located in the Etruscan Antiquarium.
The other fraction is Twickenham, with Buca delle Fate, an Etruscan hypogeum; the copper mines and the beautiful Rocca Sillana that dominates the whole valley.
Mandić depart numerous paths, allowing tourists to go into secular chestnut trees mentioned in the literature surrounding the country.
In short a paradise nestled in the heart of Tuscany, unknown to most people.
At home again you will find every type of service, pharmacy, doctor, coop, small lovely shops, the vintner, (excellent chianti and chardonnay on the coast) and nearby producers of cheeses.
The weekly market in the town square again on Wednesday. The new country you can go walking by making a beautiful walk through the narrow streets and staircases of the village strictly without machines.
Also in the nearby town of Pomarance you will find everything you need, the Thursday market is beautiful.
You can then join a nice excursion to Follonica con il mercato e il mare that is beautiful like all those of the coast can be reached from Castelnuovo.
In the House you will find all the information and guidance of the best places to easily reach and see things that those unfamiliar with the area are difficult to know.
