Podere incrociati Is a mid 19th century Leopoldian Villa a few KMS from Siena surrounded by gorgeous typical Tuscan countryside. The building has been recently renovated and we have been able to combine 200 years of architecture and the most modern facilities both indoors and aoutoors, where you will be able to enjoy our garden.
Our Villa is 450 square metres and overlooks the park which stretches on two different levels accessible from a beautiful stone staircase.
On the first floor you will find 5 bedrooms (all en-suite bathroom )fitted with ancient Tuscan furniture.
You will also find a big lounge area overlooking the garden . This area can fit 16 people and is fitted with the following facilities:
Internet, sound system,console with videogames and small cellar with Tuscan wines, a brain new fully equipped kitchen for large groups, a cost and elegant dining room with a fire place.
Downstairs you can find a hall with a spectacular stone arch, two bedrooms with private en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi and multisensory shower.
Another kitchen fitted with very modern appliances for 5 people.
The 10000 km huge park surrounding the Villa is the ideal place to relax.
Our guests will also have the chance to enjoy their moments outside thanks to : 20 comfortable garden armchairs, a fenced swimming pool with deck chairs,umbrellas, hot tube and a patio with chairs and tables for 16 people, an outdoor kitchen fitted with oven,fridge,washing machine and barbecue.
There is also a well fitted gym opposite the Villa, a volleyball field, tennis table and billiard.
The Villa has a private parking area and both outside and inside, there is free Wi-Fi.
The entire property is all fenced with two entrances.
It is possible to organise parties and ceremonies and we also offer the chance to have a breakfast,lunch and dinner service together with cooking school and guided tours all around Tuscany.

Electricity: included in the price up to 500 kw, extra 0.30 euros for each kilowatt.

Podere Incrociati tiene todo lo necesario para unas estupendas vacaciones en la Toscana. La casa y toda la propiedad es fantástica y esta acondicionada pensando en todas las necesidades de los clientes alojados. Su localización en medio de una zona de bosque proxima a Siena permite cualquier desplazamiento por la zona. Franco y Antonio han estado pendientes en todo momento de nuestras necesidades y nos obsequiaron con una magnifica cena.
