A spacious and modern top floor 1 bed flat only a short walk from Edinburgh's waterfront and around 15 mins from the city centre.

* A large lounge with stunning views over towards the Forth Road Bridge,
* Flat screen satellite TV with access to over 80 digital channels
* Complimentary Wi-Fi.
* A separate kitchen has a cooker,microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer and washing machine.
* Free Parking

There is 1 double bedroom and an additional folding bed is available to accomodate upto 3 people.An additional single folding bed is also available on request. Family friendly with cot and high chair available also on request.There is a large bathroom with power shower above bath. Gas central heating throughout the apartment. There is also free parking outside of the apartment. The apartment is wheelchair friendly and is accessed by elevator or stairs.

“Con Artist”

The flat was beautiful and clean and great location the problem was once we left. Malcolm the owner, failed to return our deposit despite us leaving the apartment in a very good condition. One email received claiming intention to pay the money then radio silence for the next 3 months of calling and emailing. If you are planning on staying in the beautiful city of Edinburgh, I advise you steer clear of ANY property belonging to Malcolm Brown, he is a thief.

“Amazing apartment with sea view”

I totally enjoyed the stay in the apartment. it was very clean and tidy. spacious and fully equipped. Very near to teh city centre and sea view. The apartment is just 5 mins away from the nearest sea point and the palce is amazing, I would definetly recommend this place if you travelling as a couple or with kids. It accomodates upto 5 people!!! totally worth it
