As part of the Trout Hills Condominiums nestled next to a winding lake, Condo #702 has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, offering state-of-the-art amenities, the finest of furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen (with double oven and icemaker), wireless internet access, digital music system, cable/satellite television, gas fireplace, dining room, keyless entry, private garage and an outdoor patio with ceiling fan walking out to the lake and a fire pit.
