Description

Separate house, surrounded by greenery and olive grove in the beautiful Tuscan hills (180 m s.l.m.) between Pescia and Montecatini Terme (7 km).

Not far from the major art cities of Tuscany: Florence (50 km), Lucca (30 km), Pisa (50 km), Siena (100 km) and close to the beaches of Versilia, Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi,( 55 km)

At few kilometres from the wine and olive oil road around the enchanting hills of Montecarlo and Lucca. A site to visit wineyards and cellars where is produced local red and white wine.

At 11 km from Monsummano Terme where you can find different thermae and spa.

A few kilometres from Vinci (Leonardo's birthplace), Collodi, where is the famous Pinocchio's Park , and close to Pistoia, interesting from an artistic point of view, international capital of floriculture, well known zoo.

The hills of the surrounding territory is particularly appropriate for long walks or mountain biking.

The swimming pool (9x6 m, 1.20 m deep, open from 30.05-30.09) is equipped with chaise longue and umbrellas.

The house (42 sqm) consists of:

Ground floor: living room and kitchenette, bathroom with shower, a sofa-bed for one person.

First floor: bedroom with a double bed.

Outside veranda with panoramic view over the valley, with table, chairs and rocking sofa and sun terrace with deck chairs, beach umbrella, table, chairs and barbecue.

Pescia train station and Montecatini train station are very close ( 5 km and 9 km each ) , with free parking and it is possible to reach Florence , Lucca , Viareggio and Pisa in about one hour.
