This Home was built in 1954. A Frank Lloyd Wright ranch inspired home.This home was divided into 3 separate units with private entrances.

Located in the Historical Presidential district of Deadwood.

The house sets on the side of the cliff overlooking Deadwood in the Mount Moriah "Boot Hill' Historic Presidential district.

Beautiful views of the City of Deadwood, historic court house, post office, Deadwood Mountain Grand and the beautiful mountains.

The apartment is 800 sq.ft.

- Deadwood Aquatic Center located down the stairs from the house. Pool, gym, basketball court, etc. $4. per day individual.$2.Senior. $7 per day family.

- Everything you need is within walking distance.

- If you have not been to Deadwood before: because of the elevation, even summer nights can be chilly.

There is always something to do in Deadwood! Long before the modern day gaming halls were built, Deadwood was known as a lawless town run by infamous gamblers and gunslingers. Bars, brothels and gaming halls made up this tiny town in the Black Hills of South Dakota that was home to legendary characters like Wild Bill Hickok, Calamity Jane and Seth Bullock. Not much has changed in Deadwood. It's still a town wild at heart. Walk in the footsteps of legends at one of our historic attractions or belly up to the buffet and enjoy a Wild West feast.

Walking tour right out your front door to the City Rec & Aquatic center, casinos, restaurants,concerts and light life. Deadwood also has Trolley service throughout the entire city $1. a ride.
