This villa is located about a kilometer away from Foiano della Chiana, a beautiful Etruscan city center in the province of Arezzo, with its shops, restaurants and services of all kinds. Arezzo, Siena, Montepulciano and Florence are nearby, while the beautiful village of Cortona is located a few kilometers away.
This fabulous villa near Arezzo invites guests to relax and unwind in the Tuscan countryside, characterized by green hills, golden sun, wine sublime and unique cuisine. Guests may request a transfer to and from the airport, guided tours, meals, cooking classes and other activities, such as fishing, golf, horse riding, mountain biking and much more.
The Villa has been built in 1925 and enlarged in 1999, during which was performed a careful restauration of the native part. A new global restauration has been done during 2010.
The original part is completely independent to tourists while the expansion in is occupied by the owner and his wife who guarantee maximum privacy and offer concierge service to tourists, garden, swimming pool, finnish sauna and whirlpool are for the exclusive use of tourists.
Just outside the villa there is a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by classic Italian gardens and sculptures. There is also two points barbecue, a hot tub end Finnish Sauna near the pool that can be enjoyed by guests exclusively throughout the year, several gazebos and parasols. There is also an octagonal fountain and another gazebo with table and chairs. Additional property amenities include a table tennis table, table football or soccer, fitness equipment, 6 mountain bikes free to use by guests and a playground area for children.
The villa is divided into two apartments with vertical dividing wall of 26 cm solid brick and one of them is occupied by the owner, which has its own independent entrance and driveway gate, in order to ensure maximum privacy for the guests, who the exclusive use of the whole garden swimming pool and whirlpool tub outside.
Interior
The villa has 4 bedrooms spacious and comfortable rooms that can accommodate up to 10 +2 people. They are all equipped with TV, and one of them also has its own private outdoor space. There is a large living room with sofas, satellite TV, stylish seats, a large fireplace with seats on either side and a table for 12 people on the ground floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen. The property has 5 bathrooms, one on each floor of the villa and 2 bathrooms in external dependence.
Weddings
This fabulous villa in the province of Arezzo is the ideal venue for a wedding and other special events. The estate can accommodate up to 1000 seats on the garden, and there is a large structure covered with flooring that can accommodate up to 300 people seated. Cooking for the Catering and 2 bathrooms man and woman lie on dependence and there is parking for up to 250 cars. For the religious ceremony there is a nice country church in 1600 at about 150 meters from the Villa.
