CALL US FOR BEST RATES. This extra large 3 bedroom condo located in the best area of Encinitas for family enjoyment! Only a block off of Moonlight Beach to the north. There is a direct beach access from the property, just off the pool and jacuzzi deck. The walk into town is also only a short block away for fabulous dining, casual and elegant.

Moonlight Beach is perfect for family stays, well equipped with all of the facilities needed to have a great time on the beach. Your beach chairs, umbrella and boogie board are ready to go! Well supplied, even a portable crib is included. This large oceanfront condo (with a pool and jacuzzi between) is highly upgraded with all that you will need, including the fabulous ocean view windows and balcony, the fresh ocean breezes, (and A/C if needed), a deck for your barbeque grilling, and a special master bedroom deck too! A little coffee and morning reading material, and you can live the life, in your special get-away at the beach.

A great place to return to every year as many regular guests of Vacation Beach Rentals do, or whenever you need a great little vacation and want to see southern California at it's best. Inside your condo, you have a washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, large dining table (overlooking the Pacific Ocean), comfy living room with a flat panel cable TV, DVD, and three extra large bedrooms.

The master bedroom has a king overlooking the ocean, the second bedroom has a king and a futon double sofa bed, and the third bedroom has a queen and two single bunk beds.

Walk a block over to downtown Encinitas for fun! Lots to do without a car! You can take the Coaster Train into San Diego for visiting the Cedros Design District (which has an amazing Farmer's Market with many tasty lunch stands), the Gas Lamp District, Seaport Village, and or, Old Town San Diego. The drive to the world famous San Diego Zoo is only about 30 minutes, or take a trip to Sea World. East to the San Diego Wild Animal Park, or only 10 minutes north to Legoland. Disneyland is about 1.25 hrs to the north too, and there is lots to do on the way in north San Diego, or Orange County!

It is only a short drive in San Diego to the east to the casinos, and the Temecula wine country. Shopping at the great outlet centers, 10 minutes to Carlsbad, or less than an hour to the Mexican border. Premium shopping on the US side. Del Mar close for the thoroughbred horse races in season, the fair in June, or just a really great place to visit. There is always something going on in San Diego,

Response from the manager I am so sorry Carol that you had some issues during your stay over the holiday week. I spoke to Eileen and she did speak to the housekeeper in regards to the coffee pot. Eileen was on her way over with a new coffee maker when you called to tell her that you had it working. I also heard that she was called about the garage door on your day, and it is unfortunate this happen right before your departure-The spring on one side broke and was replaced that following day, the same day of your departure, and we do appreciate that you notified us right away. The handyman was called to replace a water filter and check one toilet, and accidentally misplaced the key-he did come that day, at his earliest availability. Eileen put a new key in the key box within the hour; this was the best that she could do. The beach stairs-you are right, they do have a drop off in the winter when there is less sand than in the summer. I do usually advise the guests to make it easy, and just walk down the street a block into Moonlight Beach. The stairs are a little challenging to some folks, and the property management has plans to update these too. The key to the gates and the pool are the same key. There is a code to get in the pedestrian gate for privacy, and you do get a clicker/remote to open the automobile gate to get in-otherwise you would need to get out of your car and use the key, so it is provided as a convenience. I am going to pass on your comments to the owner, as any critique is helpful, and hope that you would come back to Encinitas again. I do have to say, we have never had complaints about having keys and remotes to keep unwanted visitors out of the property, and to insure the safety of those staying at the property. If the gate to the beach is not working properly, I will pass this on for immediate repair. Thank you again for your insight and help.
