Description

Come to California, oceanfront just north of San Diego. Terrific house, with an indoor heated lap pool for the kids to enjoy! Children love this house, and adults love the fabulous views! Two patio decks, one on the first level, and one above outside the master bedroom for privacy! The master King bed faces the oceanfront, as well as the twin bedroom upstairs, and the queen bedroom beneath. The fourth bedroom is huge, with a queen and a double bed. It makes a great teen bedroom! Or grandma sharing with one of the kids. This house has a first floor at ground level, a huge parking garage as well as parking in the drive. Located central to downtown Encinitas, you can easily walk to all! Shopping, dining, and the beach access. The beach access is only a few blocks away, and the house is very close to Moonlight Beach, and the Self Realization Center. Come to Encinitas for the fun and family friendly atmosphere.

How do damage deposits work?
