Welcome to Konea 314 a luxuriously renovated 690-square-foot third-floor condo with a 135 sq ft private lanai, located in the Konea Tower of the Honua Kai Resort. This recently updated one-bedroom condo boasts beautiful porcelain tile floors and modern furnishings that create a light, bright, and cheerful atmosphere. With southern exposure and just steps from the elevator, this prime unit offers lovely views of the West Maui Mountains and the lush resort grounds.

Begin your day with stunning sunrise and rainbow views from your relaxing lanai, where you can sip your Kona coffee and listen to the melody of songbirds. This large 1 bedroom condo is ideal for couples or a family of four, with a comfortable sleeper sofa in the great room, a beautiful glass-walled shower, and an oversized soaking tub in the bathroom.

The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, an electric cooktop & oven along with a full-size fridge & dishwasher. There's even a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience. You can enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the flat-screen TVs in the great room and bedroom, and stay connected with free high-speed wireless internet access.

Konea 314 is located in the Honua Kai Resort Konea Tower, the newest full-ownership condominium resort in Kaanapali in over 28 years.
