Multiple flat-screen TVs with all the most popular streaming apps and a large DVD library. Work or school from home with strong WiFi and various desks. Enjoy Cypress Creek in our canoe, kayaks or paddle boards. Basketball hoop and trampoline. The Game Room boasts a Xbox and a Wii with various games along with air hockey table and foosball. If you do wish to venture out, Wimberley Square is a quick walk over the bridge. HEB is only 1/2 mile away as are various restaurants. A little piece of heaven!

Where do I start? This home is wonderful! Around every corner there is something new to discover. The pictures do not do this home justice. I'll start with the beds. Comfy comfy comfy. I actually wrote down the brand name of the pillows,sheets and comforters. Beautiful Egyptian cotten linans on all beds.everything in this house is top notch. There is a brand new Weber grill on the back porch to use as much as you want. Oh and the deers! We must have seen 50 of them during our stay. They just walk around the property at their leisure. They came within 5 feet of us on the back porch. And lastly I would like to say thank you to the owner Charles. He was at our disposal to answer any questions we had. He was always just an email away! My husband wanted me to mention the creek in the back. It is steps away from the house. We enjoyed fishing( the striped bass was plentiful!), canoeing and most of all swimming in the water. There is even a rope swing to enjoy. The boys had contests to see who could go the farthest! I highly recommend this place as a getaway for couples, families and anyone who wants to get away from it all

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Charles (the owner) a message.

If Charles (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
