Podere Magione offers various possibilities for your Tuscan stay while maintaining an intimate, family-oriented atmosphere, thanks to its modest size.
This option is for the entire proprierty with two complete apartments and a room with double bed and bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Each apartment features one bedroom with twin beds (or the option for a large bed), a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, a kitchen/dining room and a terrace offering picturesque views of San Gimignano. All three parts can be interconnected.
Guests have their own entrance, reserved outdoor space, mosquito nets, Wi-Fi connection and access to laundry facilities.
It is possible to add a cot and/or an extra bed for child under 12 years old.
The property is suitable for friends or families with children.
Podere Magione is situated on one of the most ancient routes of pilgrims called "VIA FRANCIGENA" just a few kilometres from San Gimignano in the heart of Tuscany.
It's necessary to specify that we have a tourist tax, it's 1,50 euro per person over 12 years old per maximum 5 nights, this amount has to be settled during your holiday directly with the owner.
We also have a beautifully cultivated flower garden called Renata's Garden, which guests are welcome to visit for free.
In addition to exploring the Podere Magione winery, guests can enjoy a special 25% discount on Wine Tastings & Tours hosted by Casa Lucii, conveniently situated within walking distance from the property.
