Hummingbird Villa is the only secluded, gated, seaside villa available for rent on Saba's Windwardside and is beautifully situated on two walled acres with private pool, magnificent sunrises and unobstructed, panoramic views of the ocean and 6 islands.

Hummingbird Villa is a quick five-minute walk to the heart of Windwardside village, yet fully secluded and a world away. We offer the discriminating traveler two King suites with full baths, ocean views, and walk-outs to the gorgeous, exclusive pool, decks and gardens from the principal rooms. There is a separate poolside guest house with huge bath and sweeping ocean views. There is also an apartment with a full kitchen and bath. Our total capacity is 12. No matter whether you are two persons renting only the main villa or a group of 12 renting the villa, guest house and apartment, you will be the only people who are on the property when you rent it, so you will have absolute privacy and exclusivity. Our caretakers will help with your every need, and will make themselves as helpful (or scarce) as you wish. Whether you are visiting to dive, relax, hike, have a spectacular destination wedding or honeymoon, we are here to help you make it happen perfectly.

Hummingbird Villa is a roomy, elegant, Saban style, state-of-the-art home on two fenced, gated acres that offers every possible amenity, appointment and comfort. The Great Room has 20-foot ceilings, six sets of French doors and views of six islands and the ocean. We have a gourmet kitchen; two indoor and two outdoor dining areas; gate house with intercom that leads to a walled patio with lush tropical gardens; wireless, high speed internet; air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout; huge deck and pool deck for sunning; observation deck with the best views on Saba; Jacuzzi tub in master suite with pool, mountain and ocean views; large back yard with ocean views.
