PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The Emerald View condo brings the colors of the sea and beach inside to provide a relaxing, beachy vacation retreat. This two-bedroom condo, was upgraded with all new furniture, bedding, rugs, and window treatments in 2022 along with new paint. Local art and photos taken around Aruba adorn the walls.
It is ideally furnished to maximize sleeping capacity. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a walk-in closet, and a full bathroom. The second bedroom has two queen beds and a built-in closet. A second full bathroom is in the hallway. There is a laundry area with a full-sized washer and dryer. The living room contains a queen-size sofa-bed as an optional sleeping area. The full-sized, fully equipped kitchen has 4-seat counter dining. A new refrigerator and microwave were installed in 2023.
Additionally, there is a regular balcony stretching across the living room and the primary bedroom with a spectacular ocean view. This unit provides you with 1,500 sq. ft. of living space. A code-lock safe, two cable TVs (in the living room and primary bedroom), and free wireless internet, are all available for your comfort. This unit is located in the Palm building on the fourth floor. -Sleeps max 6.
Note: this condo has been updated with a new AC and washer/dryer (October of 2019).
THE RESORT
Oceania Deluxe Beachfront Condo Resort has 3 large swimming pools and a kid's shallow pool surrounded by sunny and shaded lounges areas. The 2 beach access gates are only 25 yards from Eagle Beach. Resort amenities include 2 fitness rooms, a sauna, a business center, and a kid's playroom. Enjoy free parking within the secure 24/7 gated complex. Sports enthusiasts have access to tennis, racquetball, squashball, pickleball, and padel courts at no cost (bring your own equipment). There is indeed every five or six years a round of general maintenance of the buildings of the resort, reason for which all is 'well kept' as you mention in your review; for those guests that are directly affected by any maintenance work we always grant a partial refund for their stay. The maintenance of the Palm building of this unit has of course meanwhile been completed, so no worries for the next 5 or 6 years! Beach chairs in all units are closely monitored and always replaced if broken; wear an tear by usage of course occur, so all beach chairs may not be brand new. Regarding the eye sores beyond the premises, the water park in the back of the resort cannot be seen from your balcony in the front of the resort, so I do not fully comprehend your comment on this. And, even though not within our control, an empty lot to the south of your balcony is sometimes appreciated by guests who prefer to have a wider and more panoramic ocean view than to just see another building there. All in all, you clearly had a great time and we look forward to seeing you back in Aruba one day! Alan.

We at Prestige just do our best to make the guests feel at home, and we highly appreciate it when this is shown in nice reviews like this one. To maintain the peace and serenity of the resort, the four large swimming pools at this resort may indeed not be used after 10 pm, as this may cause disturbance to guests staying in units nearby the pools, and we wouldn't want to have that, would we? We're also glad that you enjoyed the un-crowdiness of the Eagle Beach right in front of the complex, which actually is the most important (natural!) amenity of this resort.
