PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Welcome to the Supreme View Two-bedroom condo at Oceania Beachfront Condo Resort, a coastal haven just steps from Eagle Beach. Revel in ocean views from the balcony, living room, and master bedroom. The half-circular balcony boasts a 4-seat dining table, an idyllic setting to savor Aruba's weather.
The living room features a queen-size sofa bed, a TV, and an armchair. It has a fully equipped kitchen that includes 3 bar stools and a 4-seat round table. In-room washer and dryer are available.
The master bedroom indulges with a king-size bed, a TV, a desk with chair, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Access the balcony directly from this room. The second bedroom offers two full-size beds, built-in closet, and a separate bathroom with a shower.
With 1,600 sq. ft. of living space, this unit ensures ample space for relaxation. Amenities include a code-lock safe box, two cable TVs (in the living room and master bedroom), complimentary Wi-Fi, and free parking. Beach essentials such as chairs, towels, and a cooler are provided. This unit is located in the Arashi building of the Oceania complex, on the third floor.

Response from the manager Thank you for sharing your less positive experience, and we're sorry that you did not enjoy your vacation the way you expected. But indeed, Aruba, the "One Happy Island" in the Caribbean, does have a reputation that people come to enjoy and party during the holidays; so if you're seeking peace and quiet, then during the Christmas, New Years, Easter and even Carnaval periods are not the best times for you to visit the island. We however feel it is an unfair statement that you find our property management, and the resort's property management non-responsive. I personally promptly answered your 1.30 am (!) call, and immediately followed up with security of the resort to make sure the police was contacted on your behalf, which police did come but simply didn't encounter any major noise issue to act upon. You continued e-mailing me during these early morning hours (between 1.30 am and 6.00 am), so please excuse me as I don't usually monitor my e-mails at that time. When I did read your e-mails about 8 or 9 am, I called you and agreed on a time for me to visit you in your condo that Christmas afternoon. As I then clearly explained to you, we do manage the condo unit you were staying in, but have no legal authority whatsoever to reprimand or penalize the owner of the condo above (who's family was celebrating Christmas that morning); a fact that you simply refuse to accept but of which I believe is the same in your own jurisdiction. The same Christmas day, the resort's property manager contacted the upstairs owner who showed understanding, apologized for disturbing you by celebrating on Christmas morning, and even complied with your request of peace and quiet during the rest of your stay. Yes, in the aftermath, I will say again: it is Christmas Eve, People do party. And all we expect is (just like the other condo's owner did) that you have understanding for other people's customs, that you know we have nonetheless done all within our capacity and also that you understand that there are laws in Aruba, setting clear limits to my authority to act in such situations.
