What makes this apartment unique?
This is new 198 m2 , first floor apartment suitable for up to 6 guests. This bright and spacious apartment is the perfect choice for families or groups of friends seeking an authentic italian experience. The apartment spans the entire floor on which it is located, providing the privacy. The apartment's spacious rooms, all bathed in natural light, featuring unique decor.
With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it comfortably accommodates 6 persons. On special request we provide the additional accommodation for 2 guests ( pull out sofa in the living room at our guests disposal)
The apartment has beautiful master bedrooms with King size bed , the second bedroom with King size bed , the next with 2 single beds. The bathrooms are finished with beautiful marble. Open-plan living/lounge/dining area is ideal for entertaining in. A fully-equipped kitchen provides convenience for your home cooking.
The apartment also features two terrace . Outside space with table and chairs in the garden , where you can have breakfast, lunch. Situated among the villages , vineyards and golden hills of Tuscany . Our garden is huge, shared for all guests. Free tennis court , swimming pools , playground and parking space.
