Welcome to one of the most popular condos in all of the area!
Prepare to be dazzled by this 1600 sq. ft. stunning condo which sits directly on the front of the complex offering majestic panoramic ocean views. Slide open your living room doors to the spacious 40 foot balcony, offering panoramic views of the ocean, beach & pool. The fully-furnished balcony offers dining tables & chairs making it THE perfect place to dine alfresco, or read a book while the ocean waves ebb & flow!
Take the stairs up to your private rooftop terrace outfitted with hammocks, loungers, & dining table with chairs. This is a fabulous spot for a group to spread out & enjoy all the privacy, space, & panoramic views. You won't believe this is all your space!
The condo boasts a bright open-concept living area with 10 foot floor-to ceiling windows offering those splendid ocean views from all the common areas including the master bedroom. The living space offers cozy couches, a 42" flat screen TV, with a deluxe dining area with seating for 6. Our fully-equipped kitchen features granite counter tops, travertine marble floors, breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, and full dish & cookware for all your dining needs. Fresh bottled water dispenser is provided.
BEDROOMS (3) All enjoy A/C, ceiling fan.
•Master: Spacious with king bed, ocean views + walk-in closet. Adjoining en-suite bath with double sinks + glass shower.
•2nd Guest Room: Spacious, king bed, walk-in closet & adjoining guest bathroom with glass shower. Individually controlled a/c + ceiling fan.
•3rd Guest Room: Quaint Smaller room with queen bed.
BEACH CLUB SERVICE | INFINITY POOL | BEACH MASSAGE
•Our fabulous beach attendant Abdias will take great care of you with loungers, umbrellas & tables. He can refer you to water sports/activities, beach massage etc.
•Purchase food & drink from the menu & it'll be delivered right to your lounger. (Breakfast, lunch & dinner, cocktails, beer buckets, wine, smoothies & more. Discounts for food & drink are given to our guests. Gratuity extra.)
•Float over the infinity pool which overlooks the beach. (Great people-watching!) Or lounge by the pool with a book.
•Beach massage is mere feet away at very reasonable rates. Guests receive discounts from both our recommended spots. 2 massages are approx. $50US for 1 hour.
We're also one of the few complexes that do not have boats tied up in front obstructing swimming & views.
COMPLEX | LOCATION
We're exceptionally well-located; mere steps to fun 5th Avenue, beach bars, water sports, restaurants, beach massage, shopping etc. Paddle-board rentals, jet skis, parasailing, kayaks are for rent right on the beach. Visit nearby nature/water parks (Xel-Ha, Xcaret, Xplor), Mayan ruins, ziplining, & more.
*Like most condos are the beach, we are located next to a beach club that plays music daily into the night. For those that are sensitive to sound this may not be a suitable stay.

PLEASE NOTE: THINGS WE CANNOT CONTROL
*We cannot control music, noise etc. coming from other properties. There is construction across the street & while there's noise being heard, most guests have enjoyed their stay without a huge impact as our 5 star reviews indicate. The condo, complex & location make for a great stay for our guests. We enjoy hurricane glass which helps reduce the outside noise.
*Like most beach complexes, music is played in the beach clubs close by.
*Due to warming ocean waters & other factors, the Mexican Caribbean experiences sargassum (a form of algae) in the warmer spring & summer months. We cannot predict when it may occur, or if it will be disruptive to swimming & use of beaches. Along with the city clearing the beaches, our complex has hired staff to clean our beachfront as well. We urge all our guests to research this topic prior to a stay with us.
