This apartment is located in Loiza, Puerto Rico, a coastal town next to the international airport, heading East. The unit has two balconies providing views to a lush green area and the other with a hammock, has partial views of El Yunque Rain Forest. It is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and fully furnished with air conditioners on each bedroom and in the common areas. It has a laundry room. Fresh linens, bath and beach towels are provided for each guests, as well as spices to cook, shampoo, conditioner and soaps. We also have satellite tv, netflix on the Master Bedroom (Guest profile) and dedicated wifi for our guests.

We have a lockbox for self check-in. Villas del Mar Beach Resort has two pool areas, also wifi at the club house, direct access to a secluded beach, tennis court, half-basketball court, beach volleyball court, 3 playground areas, a gym with saunas and a few gazebos. Villlas del Mar Beach Resort is just 15 minutes away from the El Yunque Rain Forest, 30 minutes from the Bioluminescent Bay in Fajardo and about 45 minutes from Old San Juan. Direct and private access to the beach is just a 2 minute walk from the apartment and it is a calm secluded beach perfect for swimming, snorkeling, walking or just laying in the sun. Close by car to major malls and highways as well as to a coastal/scenic route. Close to major Golf courses.

You do need a car for this location. You can take 4 different routes to Loíza: The 187 that comes directly from the San Juan airport, the number 3 road or the Route 66 stepping off at 188 road on the Outlets or on 187 in Rio Grande.

House rules

Nothing can be hanged from the balconies to dry. There is a special rack for drying towels and bathing suits. There are 2 parking spaces for the apartment, marked E-203; use only those. When the pool gates are closed for the night, please, respect the rules and do not enter. Have fun!
