We welcome you to Kas Bientu di Pasat/Lighthouse Beach Resort #13, our two bedrooms, 2-1/2 bath townhouse villa in a beautiful oceanside community with shore diving, snorkeling and pool. Read our reviews and join the many visitors who stay with us year after year.

Diver owned and completely equipped for divers, including gear carry buckets, a gear rinse sink and drying rack in our front yard and indoor secure drying/storage area. Dive right from our beach, Lighthouse Point (dive site #40 on the maps.) Windsurfers and kiteboarders will love that we're one close to Lac Bay and to kiteboarding at Kite Beach (Atlantis.)

Fully equipped with all linens, cooking utensils, gas grill etc. Newly remodeled kitchen with full size appliances for easy meal preparation. Cable, HDTV with DVD library, private and secure wired and Wi-Fi internet. Free local phone and free USA /Canada calls. Air conditioned master bedroom with queen bed and private bath. Air conditioned guest room with two single beds and private bath. Roll away bed and blow-up mattress for up to two more people. Everything included in one very reasonable price!

We are just minutes from the airport, downtown Kralendijk, shopping, casinos, restaurants, Salt Pier, the southern dive sites, kiteboarding at Atlantis and windsurfing at Lac Bay.

Our guests enjoy a 10% discounts on air/Nitrox packages and training at all the Dive Friends Bonaire locations and a 20% discount on dive truck and car rentals with PB Car Rentals.

Everything included for just $109 per night for two people. Up to four additional people at $12/night each. (Bonaire tourist taxes and fees additional.)

You will need a car or truck for travelling to dive and snorkel sites, Lac Bay, shopping, and restaurants. We have arranged a 20% discount on rentals as PB Car Rentals for our guests. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I make changes to my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Audrey (the owner) a message.

If Audrey (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
