Description

We have a welcoming first floor, one bedroom 723 sq ft condominium, at the Kihei Kai Nani complex across the street from a beautiful beach, Kamaole II, in Kihei (200 meters to sand). The Condo faces the garden, which makes it wonderfully private and quiet.

Condo 125 is in building 5, which is located just behind the pool / office / laundry facilities. It is an updated, air conditioned, first floor Garden View unit, making it wonderfully private and peaceful without any foot traffic outside of your lanai and screen door! It is fully furnished, has free wireless internet, cable TV and phone service with free long distance calling to the US and Canada, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. It is fitted with a Queen bed and a Futon which opens to a full sized bed, with a comfortable 6 inch foam mattress (Condo Association rules limit occupancy to 4 persons per unit). Linens, towels (bath and beach), hair dryer and basic swim gear (beach umbrella, boogie boards, floating devices, fins & cooler) are provided. The pool, office and laundromat are about 30 paces from our front door and building 5, where it is located, is far enough from the road to avoid the traffic noise, yet you are still only 240 paces to the beach sand.

Kihei Kai Nani boasts a large beautiful freshwater pool, a shuffleboard court, and a very well equipped laundry facility. The complex is located adjacent to a number of shops and restaurants, making it possible to stay here without the need for a rental car. The Maui bus stops by on S. Kihei road, just outside the complex, for non-walking distance outings. The staff at Kihei Kai Nani is helpful and will assist with informational needs. Each unit is allowed 1 vehicle free parking in the parking lot. Parking lot has security staff monitoring the complex. Quiet time is enforced by security staff and runs from 10 pm thru 7 am.

The unit is fully furnished for you to enjoy your vacation in Maui, including beach & bath towels and bed linens. Snorkel equipment and beach chairs are available for guest use. An outdoor BBQ is feet way from the Lanai. The condo has an ideal location in the complex, with a garden view and a view of the West Maui volcano from the lanai, giving it the advantage of privacy and quiet, so that you can enjoy breakfast, read a book or simply enjoy hearing the birds.

The South Kihei Area is known for its reliably sunny weather with average annual rainfall of 4 - 10 inches annually. It is also known for several of the best of Maui's beaches, including Kamaole, Makena, Ulua, Mokapu and Polo. All beaches' shorelines in Maui are accessible to the public, even the ones where hotels are located have public access to their beaches. Further, one can walk or jog from Kamaole II beach all the way down to South Wailea beaches.

Several outstanding golf courses are available within a few miles, including some of the most famous in Wailea.
