Our huge, 3 BR/ 3.5 BA ground floor unit is just 5 steps off the patio to the pool, and only 10 more to one of the most beautiful beaches in Mexico! Ideally located in a small, private building with only eight units, it provides the ultimate combination of location, size, privacy, view, and value. It's a perfect place for a family vacation, or plenty of room to bring two! Relax on the patio and watch your family swim and snorkel over the reef just steps out front, or it's a short walk to the marina for fishing, shopping, dining, golf, or to enjoy the dolphin experience. There is no need for a car! Ours is a truly unique property. You flat out can't beat this location on the beach and in the community. We put the time, money, and effort into finding and making our home appealing to those looking for one of the nicest places to enjoy their vacation, not just one of the cheap, common units you mostly see for rent. Why not treat yourself and your family? A complete remodeling was done just a few years ago, so come enjoy our hacienda style condo, with a beautiful full-sized kitchen complete with granite counter tops, stained hardwood cabinets, and stainless built in appliances. Dishwasher, cook top, microwave, oven, garbage disposal, water filter for purified water and ice, and much more! It's very well equipped, with all the comforts of home, but also with a fantastic ocean views, even from the kitchen! Move to the dining room and enjoy our custom made wood dining table with comfortable seating for eight, along with beautiful furnishings complimenting the warm "hacienda" style. We just replaced the glass patio doors and windows throughout to improve the fantastic views, as well as improve the comfort level, so step out on the patio and the Riviera Maya becomes your living room! Relax on the push leather couches, kick your feet up on the granite topped tables, and check out the latest Hi Def action from home on the DISH satellite system with DVR on LED smart TV with internet connection. You can even use our Netflix account! Stay in touch with family and friends with WiFi internet connection. Fresh paint, new furniture, new modern blinds, and more! We've added lots of original local art throughout the condo.
Don't be fooled by some that advertise "oceanfront", only to find that their massive COMPLEX of 200 condos is oceanfront, but their unit happens to be a several hundred yard walk from the beach! As previously written, we are in a small private complex made up of one 4 story building with only eight units, immediately on the beach! Check out our pictures. These are taken from 3 steps off the patio. It's literally 5 steps to the pool and 15 to the beach!
Bring plenty of guests! The condo sleeps 10 very comfortably, but be ready to fight over the master bedroom. Pull the blackout drapes and sleep late on the massive hardwood king bed topped with luxurious mattress and 800 count sheets, then wake up to the gorgeous ocean views! There's a large flat screen TV with satellite, or watch a movie on the DVD/ Blu-ray player. We have ample storage with a large closet, multiple drawers and cabinets, as well as a safe to store valuables during your stay. Separate thermostats and ceiling fans in each bedroom provide the ultimate in comfort. Double sinks and marble shower with glass door complete the master.
The guest rooms are massive, comfortably sleeping four to a room on plush queen mattresses, with large closets in each room and plenty of storage space. Enjoy the same quality bedding throughout. Each also has large flat screen TV, DVD/ Blu-ray players, and marble tiled showers and bathrooms with separate sink/ ready areas for maximum convenience. There is also a very large patio shared between the two guest rooms, complete with a small, tropical garden. There's simply just too much to list, but I wouldn't want to forget the convenient laundry room with washer and dryer, great patio seating with beautiful outside dining, and outdoor charcoal BBQ grill.
Puerto Aventuras is the perfect destination for your next trip to the Rivera Maya. Enjoy the fantastic year-round sunny climate, stunning turquoise Caribbean water, and white sandy beaches. You can't beat the location in the community and proximity to the beach of our unit, much less find a condo so nicely appointed. I look forward to speaking to you about your stay!

If Stephen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
