Are you ready to get away to someplace warm with your family and friends, but are concerned about how crowded the resorts will be? Then please consider our family's beach house at Playa Cofresi on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic. We are not part of a resort - so your family and friends will be the only guests at Villa del Caribe. Enjoy the pool, the private outdoor verandas and the beach across the street from Caribe. But most important is our fantastic staff who will pamper you during your stay - to the point of sending you home with clean clothes (now that IS a vacation). Many guests stay for a long weekend or a week. But if you want to get away for longer -- even a month -- please let us know. We love long-term guests and can offer discounts based on the length of your stay.

As the beautiful beaches of the Dominican Republic have reopened, travelers to Villa del Caribe can rest easy knowing that your safety will be ensured while at our beach front vacation home. Villa del Caribe is a private fully-staffed villa and not part of a resort - meaning you will have a truly peaceful and relaxing vacation. Our beach house has a private pool, multiple verandas and lots of places to simply relax --- the hammock in the cabana; sitting under the pergola watching hummingbirds in the flowers growing overhead; strolling the gardens with orchids and fruit trees. Or just sit back and enjoy watching the kids play in the pool. You can walk down to the beach for a while, or have an adventure and explore the North Coast with one of the available tours. Early risers can watch the sun rise over the beach from the 2nd floor veranda while sipping a wonderful cup of Dominican coffee, and listening to the birds as they wake up. We are the only private beach-front villa in Playa Cofresi.
Our amazing team will take great care of you and your family - there is no need to clean or make beds, cook or do laundry. And if you would like to go home with clean laundry -- just ask! Our staff has happily taken care of guests with a wide range of dietary concerns: Vegetarians, guests with food allergies (including gluten and tree nuts), and guests recovering from serious disease.
And if you are interested, we can help to arrange tours, massages, manicures/pedicures, and more. If parents would like to go out and enjoy some alone time - we can arrange for a sitter.
Villa del Caribe and its staff have hosted numerous special events, including wedding receptions, baptisms, family reunions, as well as many birthday and anniversary celebrations. Just let us know and we will help with the planning!
