Maui Rendezvous, Wailea Ekahi 33A, is a luxury (beautiful, romantic, and family friendly) 1,100 square-foot 1 bedroom 2 bath condo that sleeps 5. It is in a magnificent, lush tropical paradise resort on spectacular Keawakapu beach
Views are of a tropical garden with partial ocean and mountain views. The condo has tropical decor and many amenities.
Maui Rendezvous is continually being remodeled, upgraded, and decorated. There was major remodeling to the kitchen, master bath, and 2nd bath The master bath has a 2 person heated hot tub/whirlpool bath and a separate step in shower. The second bath has designer tile and a rain shower head. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, quartz counter, small appliances, sets of china, glassware, and cooking supplies including staple food supplies and spices. Furniture is up to date in the bedroom, living room, and dining area. Remote control air conditioning was installed. Tile floors were added. Ceiling sound reducing channels and ceiling molding were installed. A king Select Comfort Sleep Number Bed was added. There are flat screen TVs with DVD in the living room and bedroom.
Maui Rendezvous is a one-bedroom, two bath vacation rental condo that sleeps two in a king-size bed. Three additional guests can be accommodated on a queen sofa bed, twin-size sofa, or two futons. The second bath includes a dressing area with closet and dresser that is separate from the toilet/tub/shower. There is a small futon for young children and a play yard for babies to sleep plus a chair mounted high chair.
This downstairs corner unit, in a two-story/six-unit building, is perfect for comfort. Gentle trade winds, cross ventilation, downstairs location, trees, and vegetation keep the condo comfortable. There is ductless remote control inside air conditioning and there are ceiling fans.
Maui Rendezvous is located in Ekahi, a privately owned condo resort in beautiful Wailea, Maui, Hawaii. Ekahi is in a tropical garden of 2 story condos adjacent to Keawakapu beach. The beach is white sand for swimming and a lava flow for snorkeling. It is also the beginning of a beach walk between the water and the hotels and other properties. Wailea is in the sunny (but not hot) south part of Maui where it rains very little and there is always a tropical breeze to keep you comfortable.
Wailea is a planned community so it is beautiful and uncrowded. There are three world class golf courses, a tennis center, shopping, and restaurants.
