HEAVENLY VILLAS, is a private, stand-alone, newly remodeled villa with spectacular views. It is part of a 13 unit development with just a 3 minute drive to Cruz Bay's ferry dock. Enjoy amazing sunsets nightly with 180 degree of ocean views. Watch the sailboats and cruise ships slip by and enjoy the wonderful island breezes.
This property has no stairs to climb, inside and out, making it very convenient. We also have ample well lit parking. There are no shared walls making it very private. It is it's own structure with the nearest unit about 80 feet away.. It does share a newly built pool, just 100 steps away. The west side of the property has an 18' opening from the living room, resulting in unparalleled access to the deck area and incredible views. It is a must see. “Gorgeous views and privacy”
This condo had amazing views of four different bays and tons of privacy. Each bedroom's Ac worked great and was definitely needed. Other condos are to the side out of view and it was extremely quiet. We rented a jeep, and the hills getting to the condo are very steep so we recommend a jeep to explore the island. Plenty of flat parking for you and other guests. Views, privacy, ac, spacious villa, what more could you want? We loved it!

“Great location, beautiful view, all the amenities you need!”
We just returned from our honeymoon in St. John and Heavenly Villas was perfect for our time on the island, and the views from the deck are incredible. The villa is the perfect size for a couple, or a very small group, and had everything we needed. We had breakfast and coffee on the deck each morning, and spent most evenings there watching the sunset before going out for dinner. We also took advantage of the beach chairs, snorkel gear, and cooler and didn't have to worry about buying anything aside from food and drinks while we were down there. Josh, the property manager, was very helpful, and everything went smoothly when we arrived to check in, meeting us at the ferry dock, and he also helped us get in touch with our jeep rental company. He also had the villa provisioned for us with food and drinks we had requested. The villa is located a short 2 minute drive from downtown Cruz Bay, and a short drive to all the beautiful beaches, so it made it easy for us to get anywhere on the island. Scott, the owner, was very helpful and super responsive throughout the booking process, and made everything super easy and stress-free, which was much appreciated. We will definitely be returning and recommending Heavenly Villas to friends!

We recently stayed here and it was perfect. The villa was very clean and well maintained. They have everything you need there (beach towels, cooler, chairs, pots, pans, appliances, wifi). There is a/c in both bedrooms and it cools the place off very nice at night. It has a large glass door that opens up to the deck where you have one of the best views of the island. The view is simply breath-taking. Relaxing in the evening on the deck with the view was one of my highlights of the vacation. The property is about 5 minutes from town. Their property management company met us at ferry dock and gave us tour of the town and villa. This is an awesome property and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. I don't have one complaint about this villa. Highly recommended!
“Heavenly Villas - A piece of heaven in St. John!”
Had the wonderful and relaxing pleasure of staying at Heavenly Villas recently. Everything went perfectly and was exactly as described. The owner and management company were great to work with. It was a nice touch to have someone greet us at the dock and take us to the villa which is nestled in the lush mountain a mile or so from Cruz Bay. The scenery is amazing - overlooking a few bays and directly at St. Thomas. The villa was perfect for us. It was private but in a great location not far from Cruz Bay. The villa was super clean and comfortable and had everything you could need including washer and dryer - that helped us carry all our clothing in our carry on in our travels to St. John! I would definitely go back to Heavenly Villas next time I return. It was a perfect place to experience St. John. I'm so glad I found it through my search online and that it turned out to be even better than I could have hoped!
“Breathtaking views and a great value on St. John”
My family had a spectacular week staying at Heavenly Villas!! The view is jaw dropping!! On one side you can see all the boats in the harbor of Cruz Bay and the other side you overlook small islands and St. Thomas. The villa is very clean and well stocked with every kitchen item you would need. Beach towels, chairs and coolers were great to have for our daily trips to the beach. Loved the two new bathrooms and the large sliding doors that allowed you to see the amazing views when you were inside too. As a mother of four children (ages 6, 9, 10 & 11), I really appreciated the owners advice and brought down frozen meat to St. John in my checked luggage. Food is pricey and this was a great tip to keep things affordable. The barbecue was brand new and we grilled often. We also loved that the management company did all our food shopping for a $40 fee. The management company also met us at the ferry and took us directly to the villa. She was also able to answer any questions we had. My kids loved looking for the iguana "Elvis" every day. We went to the pool after the beach and always had the pool to ourselves. My husband I enjoyed our coffee in the am and cocktails in the pm at the bistro table. Felt like paradise!! One tip, we did rent a minivan since we are a large family but I would definitely rent a jeep the next time. The last turn into the villa is steep and our minivan had trouble when it was wet after the typical 5 minute morning shower. Favorite beaches were: Hawksnest & Francis (saw stingrays), Maho (saw sea turtles), Cinnamon (great for water sports, we rented paddleboards & kayaks), Waterlemon Cay & Salt Pond (most amazing snorkeling ever. Salt Pond is just a short hike and easier for smaller children), Honeymoon (stingrays). We also rented a dinghy from Noah's little ark for the day and got to see beaches that are harder to get to like Denis, Gibney & Jumbie. Thank you Scott & Teri, for sharing your piece of paradise with us!!

We would highly recommend staying at this Villa. The views are simply amazing and it is close to everything you would want to do. The owners have set this Villa up to feel like a home away from home. Next time we come to St. John we will try to book with Scott and Teri. Thanks again
“Heavenly Villas has Heavenly views”
This was my family's second time staying at Heavenly Villas. This unit is perched high above Cruz Bay in the "upper deck" area. The upper deck area is noted for divine views and Heavenly Villas delivers. The signature piece in the recently renovations would have to be the largest patio doors I have ever seen! The doors face west so you get consistently beautiful sunsets and gorgeous views of St. Thomas and Cruz and Little Cruz bays. The deck area outside the patio doors offers room for grilling and chilling. We had a party of 6 which maxes out this units capacity. 2 private bedrooms and bathrooms make this villa ideal for two couples or a larger extended family (my situation). I would give this villa high marks for location, value, appearance, and convenience. A beautiful place on a great island.
“Wow! Amazing view and beach heaven.”
Sun and fun! Very comfortable villa with an amazing view. Huge deck with nice furniture and grill. Full-wall deck doors make it an inside/outside villa. Two large bedrooms, two full baths- great for our family with two teenagers. A different, postcard-perfect beach each day! Rent snorkel gear in town. Great food everywhere at open-air restaurants and plenty of shopping. Our family loved St. John and Heavenly Villa!
