Come and relax at Casa Sirena, a true beachhouse. Located on the beach, Casa Sirena is our two-bedroom, two-bathroom, private home with 3rd floor, open-air sundeck that is one of three detached units on this rare property that directly fronts the beach. The casa is 20 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta in Bucerias, a quiet Mexican fishing village that has been a secret of traveling Canadians for years. The casa is equipped with all the conveniences of home – fully equipped modern kitchen, linens, comfortable living and dining areas, satellite TV, DVDs, free wireless internet, etc.

Boasting a brand new third story sundeck and palapa roof, Casa Sirena offers unparalleled views of the Bay, La Cruz to the North, and the twinkling lights of Nuevo Vallarta to the South.

The inviting, deep-blue, beachside pool will keep you cool as you relax on the patio. Or, sit beneath the private palapas on the sand and soak up the sights and sounds of the ocean. With a sandy beach stretching as far as the eye can see, the sand in front of the casa is soft, 20 meters wide, and perfect for picking sea shells or making sand castles. The water has no undertow, a velvet bottom, and is perfect for swimming for adults and kids alike.

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on either the beachfront patio overlooking the calm Pacific ocean, or the second floor balcony off the upstairs master bedroom. Your own sundeck and shaded area sits on the third floor, offering complete privacy, beautiful views, lounge chairs for sunning, or shade under a beautiful authentic palapa rooftop. Enjoy your drinks or dinner while watching the sunset. In addition, a private patio off the downstairs guest bedroom provides a secluded and private area for intimate dinners, or quiet afternoon reading.

Casa Sirena now boasts a third-floor, open air sundeck exclusively for Casa Sirena guests. Newly constructed in mid-2012, this deck area is one-third open to the sun for the worshippers out there, and two-thirds covered by an authentic Mexican palapa. During the day, the ocean breezes waft through; enjoy your time on the loungers, or at our lovely hand-made Mexican table in the shade. In the evening, pull up a chair, a glass of wine, and watch the twinkling lights of the marina in La Cruz as the surf washes in and your stress washes out.

Our guests rave about our property manager and concierge, Baldo. With near perfect English, locally-born Baldo will smooth your visit from start to finish. From airport pick-ups, to restaurant recommendations, to arranging in-casa meals (for a fee), to the best local hideaways, to arranging Bay or open sea fishing – or to just leaving you alone and checking in every couple of days to see if all is well, Baldo is fast becoming the reason our guests love, and return to, Casa Sirena.

Close to restaurants and town, Casa Sirena offers our guests the toughest choice of all: to sit and do nothing in peace and seclusion, or to enjoy all the activities, day and night, that Bucerias and Mexico have to offer.
