Anemon Villas are set in 4500 square meters private land, in the heart of an olive grove, surrounded by well-tendered Mediterranean gardens full of flowers and grass areas. The complex consists of three luxurious villas and all of them are fully equipped and specially designed with modern amenities in order to satisfy even the most demanding guest. Each villa has its own private pool and amazing views of the sea and the sunset.

Villa Levantes is a spacious 120 square meters, 3 bedrooms, two-storey building that can accommodates up to 6-7 persons depending on your needs. The villa is placed in the most private side of the complex, offering romantic times of relaxation as viewing the sunset and the sea. The modern architecture, the excellent layout, the spacious private pool and of course the romantic view of the sunset are only few of villas' s benefits.

A glass corridor, unique architectural design, connects the area of the bedrooms to the rest of the house. The corridor, as a bridge, is placed over the pool and allows the Illumination come inside. Imagine it, when lights of the pool, during the night, are changing colors! Difficult to describe …amazing to view!!! Light toned walls and modern design furniture provide an atmosphere of luxury and relaxation and the numerous large windows allow the light to enter offering beautiful views of the olive grove and the sea.

Stretched across two levels, Villa Levantes offers three bedrooms, fully furniture and tastefully decorated with vivid colors. The bedrooms are stocked with fabulous bed linen and we can guarantee maximum sleeping experience thanks to the best quality mattresses. The three bathrooms of the villa are spacious, one with bathtub and the others with shower, fitted with fresh towels and in the fully equipped kitchen you can find all the comforts of your own home.

The entire villa has an autonomous heating/cooling system and a fireplace on the ground floor, since –as all the villas- it can be rented throughout the year. It also provides safe box and complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access.

Comming in from the main entrance, you can find an open plan fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room and a spacious bathroom with shower. From there you have free access to the central veranda, and of course to the private pool equipped with sunbeds and umbrella (the beach towels are also provided). The spacious veranda offers amazing view to the beautiful sunsets and is furnished with an outdoor dining table. The living room with the comfortable large sofa, elegantly decorated in vivid colors, also accommodates a modern-designed fireplace and offers full view of the pool area through a huge, wall –to –wall window. There, are also a satellite TV, complete with DVD, a mini Hi-Fi system and a selection of books DVDs and board games.

Through a door you are moving across the glass corridor, which leads to the bedrooms area. Here you will find two large bedrooms and the main bathroom of the villa. Both bedrooms have their own closet and a shared balcony with outdoor furniture and view to the pool area. From there- as from most areas of the house – the sunset view is stunning.

The lower lever of the villa accommodates one more sizeable bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower) and a second sitting area. In the both rooms, light and air enter through the large windows, giving a very airy feel. Furthermore a utility room fitted with a washing machine and ironing facilities, can be used as storage.

With easy access to the main road network, you can either choose to relax by your private swimming pool, verandas and gardens, or make day trips to some of the most beautiful beaches in western Crete, like Falaserna, Balos and Elafonisi.

Getting around

Anemon villas provides easy access to the national road thus making it easy to travel to all destinations in western Crete. A car is essential for travelling at your own leisure, but if you decide against hiring a car then you can always use the bus network to get to most the the destinations in Crete. The bus stop is only 400 meters away from the villas. Finally there is always the option of hiring taxis mini vans and other private means of transportation.

Interaction with guest

At your arrival ,Haris and Stefanos are going to welcome you and provide all the necessary information about the rental. They will inform you about all the amenities the house offers and answer any questions that you might have. Furthermore we will be available to the guests with information about the area things to see, places to visit or anything else you might need. Our phones are always on for any problems our guest might need help with.
