Response from the manager We are sorry this guest felt the condo had "no sun." The guests were with us for only four nights during a two week period of rain, unusual for Maui. While there are many things we can control in the condo itself, we are completely at the mercy of the weather. If you read the other reviews on this condo, you will see only glowing reports of the condo itself, the location and the view. This condo is situated in the "09" stack which is one of the most popular at Honua kai. Again, we are sorry the weather did not cooperate during this visit. As for the late check out, we are always happy to accommodate guests when we can. When there is another guest checking in directly behind a guest checking out, it is not possible to extend a check out time. MWP
