What a peaceful location for this terrific Lodge! 3 levels of living with everything you will ever need for your next vacation!

Outside on the Walk Out Deck is a Gas BBQ Grill 2 dining tables with chairs PLUS a wonderful lakeview. The lower level sports a walk out to the lake; Charcoal Grill; Wood burner for nightly fires & more seating. At the lake is a pier. Swimming.

Direct access to the Sugar Camp Snowmobile Trails & ATV Routes. Great spot for a winter "sledding" vacation or 3 seasons of ATVing!

Bike Trails are steps away.

Main living level has full kitchen with dishwasher; dining room with walkout to wrap around deck with patio furniture; living room with fireplace & SmartTV with free available channels, more with your own roku; 2 bedrooms & full bath.

The lower walkout "Rec" room has large family room with table tennis, dart board, TV with game equipment & blue ray player plus Sleeper Sofa; 1 bedroom; full bath; laundry room with washer & dryer Exit door to the outside patio area.

The loft level of the Lodge has 5 twins beds, overlooks the living rooms & has a fantastic view of Chain Lake.

Chain Lake is part of the 5 lake Sugar Camp Chain of lakes. Class A Musky Lakes filled with musky, northern, perch, crappie, sun fish, blue gills & bass! You can navigate all 5 lakes by boat with dining & beverage stops along the way. Consider Rena's Place on Sand Lake for a terrific meal & beverage. You haven't had a "Mary" until you have one at Joe's Bar!

Chain Lake Log Lodge is located in a peaceful wooded area. There are neighbors so we ask all our guests to respect the neighbors & to observe the 10pm to 7am Quiet Time.

On check out day guests are asked to complete the highlighted check out process located on the Welcome Letter. The letter is on the kitchen counter.

10 guests is the maximum allowed. Kids are considered guests & counted in the total.

Response from the owner Would first like to genuinely thank the guests for locating the canoe paddles that they reported missing. With the delivery of 2 new paddles there now will be a back up set just in case a paddle breaks. Very sorry for the misunderstanding regarding the garbage & I have taken your ideas as to explaining the process more clearly. The new explanation will be implemented shortly. Will also include the "how to" for the dehumidifier. When the updates go into effect. We do send out a written confirmation via email 10-14 days prior to check in to all guests. It explains that the owner provides a "starter" supply of paper products, cleaning & personal hygiene items. Will work on a way to more clearly explain. All quilts & pads are laundered regularly. Will apprise the owner of your concerns for replacement. The fee of $75 was deducted from the Security Deposit for an hour of hand bagging of most of the garbage in the containers in & outside, to move a heavy dresser back in place and move 2 heavy dressers to replug in 2 lamps & TV that had been moved. Since we spoke by email I have spoken to the owner & from this time forward there will be a starter supply of bathroom tissue, kleenex, courtesy bar soap & shampoo. As to wood for the fireplace when confirming stays via email I will make sure that all know that there may be firewood for the fireplace. Will also provide locations where firewood can be purchased.
