This eco-friendly two level home is located on the Kings River, just 12 miles from Eureka Springs, and perfect for canoing, kayaking, and fishing or just relaxing and cooling off in the pristine water. This beautiful home is 3480 sq. ft. with all the comforts of home; with a large modern kitchen complete with all the appliances and cooking amenities perfect for entertaining, 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with 1 master bath with dual sinks and tub. Dining room for 6 is adjacent to a living area with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the scenic Kings River. Sleeps 11

The upper level hosts the Master bedroom which has a king size bed and private bath with tub, and access leading out to the spacious deck; and 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and 1 additional full bathroom. The lower level contains a large recreational living area with Large TV and Playstation 3, ping pong table, poker table, bar, small café table, microwave, coffee pot, and mini refrigerator. 1 bedroom with queen size bed and 1 bedroom with a full and twin size bunk bed share 1 full bathroom.

Each rental will be provided with a unique key code for entry, along with a personalized ADT code for their use.

Close proximity to Hwy 221 with easy access to home and river. Located on the “Trigger Gap” area of the Kings River.

Located 12 miles from Eureka Springs and less than 1 mile to Kings River Outfitters to rent all your canoeing and floating gear for the river.

Bella Casa Kings River does have 200 yards of dirt road prior to arrival at the home. We have had many motorcycles at this property and we do have a large storage shed for protection, but we do want you aware of this.

There is no cellular reception in a 10-15 mile radius of the home. We do have a cellular repeater installed in the home but we can not guarantee its efficiency due to your cellular provider, where you are in the home, cloud coverage, etc. We have provided a land line with unlimited long distance and WIFI for your convenience.

Parties & Events: We do not allow parties or other special events at our vacation rental. The minimum fee is $500 for any unauthorized event that we find out about after the fact. We reserve the right to deny occupancy to any group who has an unauthorized party or event at the rental home. There will be no refund of rent or other taxes and fees for unauthorized events.
