Entrambi gli appartamenti hanno l'ingresso indipendente e come pertinenze esclusive e indipendenti il posto auto, un ampio resede panoramico con tavoli e sedie di legno e ognuno di loro accede da una scala esclusiva, sempre indipendente, ad una terrazza/solarium (arredata con salottino in giunco) panoramica sulla splendida e incontaminata Val di Cornia.Tutti e due gli appartamenti sono provvisti di TV, DVD e riscaldamento autonomo . La biancheria da letto, bagno e cucina è compresa nel prezzo. Appartamento Scoiattolo: 2+2 posti letto*** bilocale con soggiorno-pranzo con divano letto matrimoniale con materasso regolare, cucina separata con elettrodomestici e lavastoviglie. Una camera matrimoniale. Bagno con doccia. L'appartamento Scoiattolo è ideale per 4 persone e in particolare per una coppia con due figli. Nel villaggio vi è un complesso ristorante/piscina ed per i miei ospiti è possibile frequentare la piscina 15 x 25 mt dal 10.6.al 31.8 a pagamento sul posto.
