Description

Lake front cottage nestled on private Evans Lake in the Irish Hills. Available all year long. Evans lake is one of the most sought after sandy bottom all-sport lakes in the Irish Hills with 200+ acres of surface water. The patio, deck, and lake facing windows make it a great place for enjoying the lake and great outdoors. Rooms include two recently renovated bedrooms, three bathrooms, family room (with queen size sofa bed) with 46" flat screen television. Dining room/living room and complete kitchen. Patio includes Weber gas grill, fire pit, and patio furniture. Be within a 45 minute drive of Ann Arbor (or Jackson) or spending a day on the lake with an open campfire, grilling, and taking in the sunset. The cottage is also in close proximity to Hidden Lake Gardens, Hayes State Park, Brooklyn, and golfing. Enjoy fishing, paddle boating, and swimming in the lake. Dock available for your own private boat. Can accommodate 7 people comfortably.
