Welcome to Solymar Condo - we are full time resident owners with 27 living in Cancun and taking care of travelers.

We do not receive a lot of bookings from this page and therefore there are almost no reviews here please feel free to search my name you’ll see thousands of excellent reviews

This room is being COMPLETELY remodeled September, October 2018

Floor,kitchen, bathroom and furniture will all be new .

We have twenty four like rooms at the resort .

We are 10 mins from CANCUN INT'L AIRPORT

I love that we are surrounded by five star hotels

Wonderful and easy with frequent buses under one dollar

So easy to take the bus - we do !!!! We have done it for 18 years . It's cheap , fast , convenient .

Response from the owner I'm so happy to announce we are currently upgrading this room in every way ...we continually made it nicer over the last ten years by changing curtains for blinds, painting and adding a mirror closet but we are currently ripping out the floor, kitchen countertop and backsplash and the entire bathroom floor, ceiling ...everything . A new bed ,more modern will be the final touch as unfortunately no body loves our rustic furniture
