This beautiful, spotlessly clean fully furnished and tastefully decorated 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Villa is situated in a private, quiet neighborhood, 5 minutes drive to beaches, restaurants, casinos, shopping and golf course.

The villa has the following:

1. A large fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops and all the appliances you will ever need when you need to prepare a meal.

2. The newly renovated bathrooms are equipped with Hansgrohe fixers from Italy.

3. Villa fully air-conditioned and has ceiling fans in all rooms.


4. The high cathedral ceiling in all rooms and modern furnishing gives a very airy feel to the villa.

5. Large front entrance doors which allows for daytime privacy. (You can see out but no one can see in).

6. The master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom and queen size bed.

7. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, the third bedroom has a double bed.

8. For causal dinning, there are bar stools at the kitchen counter.

9 A casual dining table in the kitchen and a formal dining table in the living room.

10. A large Jacuzzi for 8. ( with hydrotherapy jets)

11: Hot and cold running water (most villas in Aruba only have cold water).

12. The villa is only 3 to 5 mins drive to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island.

13. A New state of the art BBQ center was just installed great for outdoor grilling and entertaining. A large picnic table also is provided.

14. Newly updated living room furniture by Ashley ideal for socializing with friends.

15. WIFI provided at a weekly rate of $15.00.

16. Lots of closet space, hangers and good quality bed linens and towels are provided.

17. Beach chairs at a minimal rental of $10.00 per week or you can rent at the beach for $5.00 per day.

$105.00 from your booking fee goes to the cost of utilities.

An allowance of 15.00 per day is allocated for water and electricity. Over is at your description and will be a charge to you. Please Note Electricity cost per month in Aruba range from 175 to 225 florin and water from 122 to 180 florin so there is no need for overuse.

Getting around

It is easy as the island is so small. Car rental or jeep is best but you can rent motor cycles, bicycles taxi, local buses or walk. Local buses do not come to the villa but along the hotel strip which is 30 minutes walk from the villa. These buses runs very frequently and are air conditioned.

Interaction with guest

We send our guest driving direction to the villa if they are renting a car at the airport. The property manager meets each guest at check in and give them the keys to the villa and an orientation as well as answering all their questions and give helpful hints on having a great cost effective island vacation. The property manager is always available for incidentals. A house manual is provided that give guests all the information they need to have a great island vacation and also included are phone numbers for emergency, doctotr, pharmacy, tours, etc.
