Description

This room is in my Flagstaff private home. It's off the beaten path but in a peaceful neighborhood. Quiet, low key, come 'n go on an acre. I have two friendly dogs (Wanda and Lilli).

ROKU streaming TV in each bedroom, internet computer (WIRELESS is available), and a patio to grill and chill. Full kitchen, dining, and living rooms are also available for your stay. Make yourself at home. I provide self-serve continental breakfast.

This is the guest bedroom (12X13) with shared bath. There are other separate listings for a small and master bedrooms

We are in an area to see and do all kinds of things the year 'round. Music and entertainment venues are varied and very affordable. The Lowell Observatory, Grand Canyon, Sedona, Painted Desert, Petrified Forest, Lava caves, biking, trails, fishing, hunting, and skiing are just some of the fun to be had. And it is ALOT cooler than the rest of AZ.

Downtown shopping is about 5 to 10 miles away. Local taverns, shopping mall, and the closest restaurant are within 5 miles. There is a hiking trail up the mountain about a 1/4 mile at the end of our road.

No cats please. Dogs are allowed for responsible owners. They must be with you or at a nearby daycare If your pooch pees or poops in the house, $100 each incident will be assessed.

“Amazing hospitality and beautiful room!”

We enjoyed our stay very very much. David was such a heartfelt person. The room was very clean and I was so grateful for every small care in the room. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable and clean accommodations. David is a really nice and interesting host. The location is just 10 or so minutes outside of downtown Flagstaff. I would definitely again in the future.
