Newly fitted out main bedroom with lots of accommodation and king size bed. Second bedroom has two single beds and also a z bed (very good quality) If required for an extra guest.
The property is a ground floor flat and is part of a converted Victorian villa. The flat is directly across the road from the East Bay Beach and has a spectacular panoramic outlook of the bay, the Bass Rock, Craigleith and over to Fife. This comfortable flat is ideal for all types of holidaymaker and is very centrally situated for an attractive range of shops, golf courses, leisure amenities and the local library. Sleeps five. This is the perfect place to unwind and relax. Perfect for families, couples and golfers.
The flat is well equipped with lounge and dining area, two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, full gas central heating, garden with drying facilities and sitting out area and additional front garden.
Accommodation is available for up to 5 people in one double bedroom and a second bedroom with single bed and adult size bunk beds. There is also a travel cot if required. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and toilet.
The flat is well-equipped and includes payphone, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, Neff double oven and hob, TV, digital docking station and wi-fi.
Private off-street parking now available.
Bed linen and fuel costs are included in the weekly rent.
Being on the ground floor this flat is suitable for everyone.

“The perfect beachside accommodation”
I stayed here with my Mum and 2 children in July this year, we had an amazing week of weather and having our accommodation right at the beach was just perfect. We could come and go for lunch, toilet breaks and just to get a bit of shade so easily. 2 minutes walk form The Seabird Centre, the park, the putting green, the chip shop, the ice cream shop. Basically it was absolutely perfectly positioned for us. The accommodation itself was really lovely and spacious, clean, had everything we could ever need really. Like being at home (but not). Host (Lorraine) was helpful, friendly and always at the end of the phone if needed. We stay in North Berwick every year for our holidays and I think this has been out favourite place to stay so far - we will definitely be back next year. :)
