Our large pool beckons sun worshipers as does the adjaucent beach. Playa del Carmen has been listed on Trip Advisor as one of the best escapes to enjoy top notch dining, beaches, snorkeling, scuba diving and total relaxation.
Our condo has a large private patio, covered terrace, gourmet kitchen with disposal, dishwasher, five burner stove, microwave, full size fridge and the equipment to enjoy a five course meal or a simple breakfast right on your patio.
Condo has dedicated private internet throughout the space. Our two bedrooms with en suite baths afford privacy and comfort for you and your family or guests. We have a washer and dryer for your convenience as well all the amenities you desire.
We are steps from Cocca Beach, a short stroll to 5th Avenue and all the shopping and dining you might desire. Whether you want a simple ceviche, a full gourmet meal or just a snack, Playa has the dining place to please you.

Response from the owner I am glad you found the condo relaxing. Sorry to hear about the beach - it comes and goes throughout the year. We have never had issues with the smell before I will have to ask some questions about what is causing that this year.
