Memories are made at this simple and beautiful ranch-style home. A river runs through the property lending added fun and beauty to this location. Located in the heart of Paradise Valley, you will be just 30 minutes from Yellowstone Park (the drive is incredibly scenic), 10 minutes from Livingston, and a stroll down the hill to Yellowstone River. Gorgeous panoramic views of the Absaroka and Gallatin mountain ranges.

This 4 bedroom home can accommodate up to 8 guests. Beautiful warm colors surround you, 1 fireplace keep you cozy in the large 2900 sq. ft. living area. Decks surround the home giving you spectacular panoramic views. The home boasts a large recreation room for parties and games. Fitness/weight equipment is located in the barn. Laundry facilities in home.

Kitchen is slightly dated, however it gives the home an old school charm. Fully furnished with cooking utensils, cutlery and cooking needs. Bedrooms are located downstairs, there are 3 Queen beds and a kids bedroom with 2 Twin beds. The recreation room can accommodate a few more people in sleeping bags or bring your own air mattresses.

Response from the owner Dear traveler, food and spices are not considered in a fully stocked kitchen. As per Articles and explanation on all of the Vacation Rental websites, "fully stocked kitchen" includes large and small appliances, dinnerware, cooking accessories, basic pantry items. Regarding cleaning fee, we use standardized fee and requirements which most of Vacation Rental owners require. All the travelers are asked to take the trash out into main trash can and start or at least gather the dirty laundry. House contains 1.5 bathroom, thank you for pointing it out! We understand that our house is not a Taj Mahal, but we do believe that you can enjoy the most outstanding views in Paradise Valley.
