This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo sleeps six comfortably, the master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. The guest room features two double beds and ensuite bathroom as well as a guest bathroom in the main hall. The kitchen is fully equipped if you prefer to cook for your guests a wonderful meal to be enjoyed in the lovely dining room. Both small grocery stores and large supermarkets such as Mega or Walmart are only a few blocks away. You shouldn't miss out on trying some of the incredible selection of superb restaurants on the famous 5th Ave (Quinta Avenida) only 1 block away: Italian, Argentinian, Thai and traditional Mayan. Many happily deliver to your door. Shangri-la beach is only a few minutes walk away, a favourite among locals and visitors alike. Located at Calle 38, the beach lacks the music and crowds you will find at the livelier Playa del Carmen beaches. If you are looking for a livelier ambience, you are steps away from Mamitas beach club & Kool Beach club, you can rent loungers, palapas and enjoy a cocktail in the sunshine.

“Convienent location to beach and restaurants”

Make sure to stop and pick up the necessities if you are arriving late as there was nothing in the apartment, not even any toilet paper in the bathrooms.
