Description

We are located in the heart of Paradise Valley, Montana. Easy access to the North entry of Yellowstone National Park and Gardiner MT to the South and Livingston Montana to the North. It is also in close proximity to Bozeman and Bridger Bowl Ski area for four seasons of fun. We are also at an access sight to the yellowstone river for rafting and fishing enjoyment. The townhouse is spacious with two large bedrooms, bed space for 6 and two full baths, laundry with turn key accommodations. Restaurants in the area include, The Livery Stable, The Old Saloon, Chico Hot Springs, The Wildflower Bakery, Follow Your Nose BBQ and Emigrant Outpost. Guided trips for fly fishing, trekking, rafting, zip lining, horseback riding, dog sledding and more are available throughout the valley. There are also two hot spring sites available, Chico Hot Springs and Yellowstone Hot Springs. All four towns, Bozeman, Livingston, Emigrant and Gardner have plenty to offer regarding, restaurants, shopping, museums and the western lifestyle. Four seasons of fun and adventure will be at your fingertips.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Tim (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
